Une Annee: Le Seul Tappings

You know those times you go downstairs, check your walk-in cooler, and realize you have five different kegs of Une Annee Le Seul? Yeah, that happened to us.

For the uninitiated, Le Seul is a wild-ish ale fermented in stainless steel tanks with a mixed culture of wild yeasts and souring bugs. Brewer Jerry Nelson added different types of fruit to each batch he did, so naturally we just threw money at him once a month or so.

Anyway. We have a bunch of these, and we have tapped them all at once. They’re awesome, you should drink them; otherwise, we don’t know what you’re doing with your life.

Most all should be pouring through the weekend.
