Boutique import pre-orders are starting to drop at Brasserie Y’s doorstep, and you all know what that means: TASTING TIME. As usual, we’re running the gamut here, with a few sours, a couple of strong ales, and a completely bonkers stout courtesy of Evil Twin. Check it out:

8 Wired Sour Side of the Moon – black Flanders-style ale aged in oak

The Bruery Quadrupel Tonnellerie – Belgian-style quad soured in oak barrels w/blackberries

Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break Raspberry Umami – imperial stout w/coffee and raspberries, aged on oak

Fullers Vintage Ale 2015 – English barleywine

Fullers Vintage Ale 2009 – English barleywine, aged
