Giant Jones 2nd Anniversary Collaboration

Help us send off Madison Craft Beer Week 2020 the right way with the draft debut of our collaboration with Giant Jones Brewing! For their second anniversary, Jessica and Erika Jones approached us to see if we’d be interested in brewing a celebratory beer together–the answer was an enthusiastic YES. So after a short brainstorming session, we settled on crafting a wheatwine, essentially a barleywine ale with a large portion of wheat in the mash. The style is typically assertive and powerful, but with a certain “lift” provided by the wheat; expect Giant Jones’ version to be appropriately dialed-in, with one eye towards old-school brewing traditions and the other looking to new horizons.
