A Beer & a Bite with the Brewer: Third Space


First off, we’d like to extend a huge thanks to all of you that participated in the first one of these with St. Bernardus. We understand that everyone (patrons, employees, suppliers, etc) are having to quickly pivot their business models and schedules to adjust for this new reality; the enthusiasm shown for Brasserie V and our friends couldn’t be more encouraging.

We’ll continue to highlight the classic Belgian beers that got us here, but we also want to underscore our local (ish) relationships as well. So for our next edition of A Beer and a Bite with the Brewer, we’re handing the reins over to Milwaukee’s Third Space Brewing. They’ve only been in operation for a few years, but have already garnered a reputation for pristine quality and kitchen sink experimentation.

The format will be much the same as the St. Bernardus event: four beers, a special food item prepared by Chef Chris, and some Third Space swag to sweeten the deal! This call will be scheduled for 5-6pm on Thursday, May 14th, headed up by Third Space brewmaster Kevin Wright and area rep Cary Jaworski. Summer Home – American Blonde Ale, 4.8% abv

Unite the Clans – Scottish Ale, 5.8% abv (three-time GABF medalist)

Nordic Sunrise – IPA w/Norweigian Kviek Yeast, 7.5% abv

Frog Weisse – Sour Ale w/Fig, Raspberry, Orange, Ginger, 5% abv
