It’s been a hot minute since Destihl Brewing has graced Wisconsin shelves and tap lines, so we’re thrilled to welcome them back with a five-tap feature here at Brasserie Y! Come on over, enjoy some tasty brews, and meet the Destihl crew. Tap list is below:

Wild Sour Series: Blueberry

Leipzig-style gose ale with blueberries.

Antiquity Rye Wine

Rye-heavy barleywine style ale. Rich with toffee, caramel, pipe tobacco, and sherry notes.

Peanut Butter Moonjumper

Milk stout with peanut butter.

Deadhead: Extended Jam

Hazy IPA with flaked wheat and oats, plus a truckload of Mosaic and El Dorado hops.

Dosvidanya Rye

Imperial stout aged on rye whiskey barrels.
