We’re big fans of Coronado here at Brasserie V. Whenever we need a classic, clean West Coast IPA to tap, we tend to turn to these California mainstays. Specifically, we’ve been big fans of Stingray, a dry, tropical, snappy double IPA. Which brings us to…
…Stingray Daze! As if the beer wasn’t delicious enough, Coronado revamped the recipe and is rolling it out nationwide with a series of Stingray-focused events. In honor of one of our favorite double IPAs, we’ll be tapping a fresh keg, in addition to two variants: Double Dry-Hopped Stingray and Stingray Sorbet, a batch with soursop fruit and tangerines. AND…because Coronado loves us, they’re also sending us a rare keg of their Barrel-Aged Black Forest Cake Stout, an imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with cocoa, vanilla beans, and cherries.
