Since we opened our doors here at Brasserie V nearly ten years ago, the menu has undergone a plethora of changes. We institute these changes according to seasonality, relationships with local purveyors, and in the interest of keeping things fresh and vibrant. Throughout every iteration of our menus, however, two things have remained constant: moules-frites and steak-frites.
This week, we’re highlighting the latter. From now through July 11th, anytime you order our signature steak-frites, we’ll throw in a free 4.5 oz pour of St. Bernardus Abt 12, our house beer, and one that has come to define us over the years. Not in a beer mood? Substitute a pour of Cave de Chautagne Pinot Noir, a gentle summer red.
Our current version of steak-frites is served with a classic Cabernet Sauvignon sauce and roasted rainbow carrots from Elderberry Hill Farms. Now if you’ll excuse us, we’re going to order one ourselves.
