We love sour beer here at Brasserie Y. Traditional lambic and gueuze, kettle-soured pale ales, Berliner weisse-style beers…you name it, we’ve tapped it. And since summer is the perfect time of year to celebrate all things puckery, we’re throwing on some of our biggest, baddest sour kegs for a little post-Independence Day bash.
