Sour & Funky Week Redux
August 23, 2016 @ 5:00 pm - August 28, 2016 @ 11:00 pm
We love sour and funky beer here at Brasserie Y and from the reaction to our event in July, so do many of you! And since it was such a hit the first time and we have again accumulated a large number of cool kegs, we figured let’s do it again! We will be throwing on some of our biggest, baddest sour kegs for a little almost end of summer week bash. We will be tapping 10 on Tuesday, but they should most all be pouring through the weekend.
We’ll have some food specials and some specially priced flights all week long. Here is a portion of the beers to be tapped:
Stillwater Tenacity – Wild IPA
O’so Winds of Change – Brett pale ale
Mikkeller Mastodon Mother Puncher – IPA with brett and passion fruit
BFM Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien – ale aged in wooden casks which have been used for several years before to age Merlot, Merlot Cabernet, Whisky and then Grappa!!
Tilquin Gueuze – Blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics aged in oak barrels
Dunham Assemblage No. 1 – Belgian pale aged in zin barrels with brett
Tallgrass Key Lime Pie – sour blonde brewed with Sorachi Ace hops, lactose and lime peel. Cool!
and More!!
Check our website tap list for updates of all that is pouring.
Cheers,
Josh and Matt – Your Beer Ambassadors
