Prairie Artisan Ales: Deconstructed Bomb!

Join us on April 26th as we present a very special set of Prairie beers. BOMB! is the brewery’s most popular offering, helping to build the brand nationwide and beyond. To celebrate its quality and success, they released a small number of Deconstructed BOMB! kegs to the market, and we were lucky enough to snag them. What exactly does “deconstructed” mean in this context? WELL…

BOMB! is a 13% abv imperial stout aged on coffee, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and chili peppers. So, each of the four kegs contains the base imperial stout, but only one of the aforementioned ingredients each. We’ll be offering these as a flight alongside an empty glass for a Blend Your Own BOMB! option, or for individual purchase as well. To recap:
