Orval Day!

Every year, we honor the most unique Trappist ale in the world with a special feature and giveaway. Orval is singular among Trappist ales, known both for its assertive hop profile and use of brettanomyces (a strain of yeast that throws off funky, barnyard-y phenolics) at bottling. For such a relatively low-abv ale at 6.8%, it ages phenomenally, which is why we offer multiple vintages on our menu.

To that effect: come in on Saturday, March 23rd, buy a bottle of Orval, and take home one of their beautiful crystal chalices. We only have a couple dozen of these glasses, so we’re limiting takeaway to one per person. Cheers to brett beers!
