New Year’s Eve Specials

We will be keeping it pretty simple for New Year’s Eve. We will of course be offering our regular menu along with our 300 beers and 30 wines by the glass. To celebrate, we will also be tapping a few special kegs for the evening, so check again here and on social media for details.
Chef Stephen will be preparing a few divine dinner specials:
Au Bon Canard Foie Gras
Wisconsin Maple Syrup
Au Bon Canard Duck
Brandy Creme Sauce, Root Vegetable, Kale
Seared Scallop, Leek Creme, Confit Radish
There will also be a decadent dessert special – check back soon
We start serving our dinner menu at 4:30 until kitchen closes at 10pm.
We will not be doing reservations, as normal at Brasserie V.
