We are planning quite a feast to celebrate our anniversary. Local sourcing has been an integral part of our mission since day one, and we are grateful for the relationships we have developed over the years with many local farmers and purveyors. Chef Stephen is putting the finishing touches on a menu which celebrates these relationships and showcases the bounty of our region.
The ten course menu will include beer or wine pairings; Chef Stephen and his staff are working on all the details,
but the current food line-up includes:
House bread – olives, fennel, orange
Celebration of Cheese
Special Moules w/Frites
Celebration of Tomato
Pork Belly & Scallop
Shrimp Encrusted Halibut
