Dish on Monroe: Moules Five Ways!

You guys like moules frites, yeah? Yeah.

Starting tomorrow night, May 22nd, we’ll be offering one special preparation each night of our classic moules frites entree. The twist? Each night, we’ll prepare the mussels with a different beer, showcasing the versatility of this humble food. As an added bonus, we’ll offer the mussels dish and a pour of the beer it was made with, and take $2 off the price. See below for each night’s selection:

Sunday, 5/22 – Houblon Chouffe (Belgian IPA/Tripel), maitre d butter, mushroom cream
Monday, 5/23 – Lindeman’s Cuvee Renee Gueuze, duck leg confit, spring vegetables, Door County cherry gastrique
Tuesday, 5/24 – Thiriez Amber (Biere de Garde), with bacon, fennel, and tarragon
Wednesday, 5/25 – Omnipollo Aniara (Pale Ale w/lemon), house made chicken sausage, radish
Thursday, 5/26 – St. Bernardus Abt 12 (Belgian Quadrupel) with leeks, celery, carrot,  and Fine herbs
