Countdown to Two-Way (IPA) Traffic!

The pipes are laid. The roads are paved. The…new parking meters are installed. Folks, Monroe Street is almost ready to open back up to two-way traffic! This massive project has been a long time coming, and the Monroe Street neighborhood looks better than ever.

To mark the occasion, we’re celebrating the only way we really know how: with beer! Our friends at 3 Sheeps Brewing have done Monroe Street bars and restaurants a major solid this year by brewing the neighborhood-exclusive One Way IPA. This Citra/Sorachi Ace-hopped gem has caught on like wildfire over these last few months, and we can’t thank the 3 Sheeps crew enough. Never ones to rest on their laurels, they’ve stepped up again and brewed Two Way IPA, a bigger, hoppier brother to the now-classic One Way. We’ll be tapping a keg of this on Friday, November 23rd, the day after Thanksgiving, along with Paid Time Off (imperial stout w/coconut, walnuts and cocoa nibs) and the much sought-after The Wolf!

And One Way IPA? We’ll be looking to kick our final keg of it THIS Wednesday; make sure to stop in and enjoy a pint or two, because the customer that orders the final pour of One Way will get a nifty little prize pack put together by the folks at 3 Sheeps Brewing.
