Central Waters’ Barrel-Aged Bonanza!

Central Waters has one of the most extensive, untouchable barrel-aging programs in the United States, churning out a broad range of high-quality styles at comparatively consumer-friendly prices. They’re right in our backyard–if, I mean, like, we have a really big backyard and they’re waaaaaaay over by the tomato plants–and we love and appreciate them.

Over the past several months, we’ve been quietly amassing a collection of barrel-aged kegs from Central Waters, and we figured now is as good a time to unleash them as any:

Rye Barrel Chocolate Porter

Headless Heron (bourbon barrel-aged pumpkin ale) 2016 & 2015

Cassian Sunset (bourbon barrel-aged stout w/Emy J’s coffee, vanilla beans & cinnamon sticks)

Experimental IPA (Galena, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, Bravo, Chinook hops)
