Celebrating Sancerre

Our anniversary countdown continues with a celebration of Sancerre.

We’re known for beer, but we also have a pretty awesome wine list.  Our French-focused list is hand-picked so we can offer every wine by the glass. We focus on wines from small family-owned vineyards, and bring in new offerings seasonally. One of our most popular varietals over the years has been Sancerre, a French sauvignon blanc from the Loire Valley.

We are currently featuring Jean Vincent Sancerre, a bright white with beautiful flavors of white flowers, pear, and minerals typical of the area.  This wine pairs beautifully with many items on our new summer menu, including our grilled Rushing Waters Trout, with Swiss chard, fried potato, radish, and beet vinaigrette.   Enjoy a glass with this dish through Bastile Day July 14 for $28.  Santé!
