Beer Tasting: Gueuze & Lambic-Style

It’s been a while.

A while, that is, since we’ve done one of these, so we figured it’s about time. That, and also Josh is going to be in Belgium for a couple of weeks pretty soon, so he needs to brush up. We’ll be tasting six different lambic and lambic-style beers from Belgium and beyond, with one or two unannounced surprises thrown in for good measure. As always, we’ll pass around some paired cheeses for some of the beers. Check it:
