Join us for a five-course dinner featuring pairings with some great, many first time tapped in Madison, Perennial beers. Chef Stephen and the kitchen crew are finishing up the menu, and details so far and beers are listed below. Brewers/Reps from Perennial Artisan Ales will be joining us to talk about their fun, cool brewery and the beers.
Reservations Required – Cost is $55 a person. Call now to reserve your spot! Credit card required to reserve and 48 hour cancellation needed. Welcome Beer – 5:30pm to 6pm – Dinner at 6:15.

Hommelbier – Hoppy Belgian Ale – Welcome beer
Devonshire – Belgian style ale with wheat and oats.
Shrimp Encrusted Halibut
Working Title – Belgian style dry-hopped pale ale conditioned with brettanomyces bruxellensis.
Green Salad – market tbd
Campers Reserve – Hommelbier aged in oak puncheons with two strains of brettanomyces, dry-hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, and Mt. Hood.
Au Bon Canard Duck Breast
Savant Beersel – Belgian ale conditioned on wine grapes in oak barrels.

17 – Imperial mint chocolate stout.
