Regional Renown: A Night with Hacienda & Door County
November 12, 2019 @ 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Door County Brewing started off crafting a series of fairly traditional beers in a cramped brewing space underneath their tiny Northwoods-style taproom. Polka King Porter and Little Sister Wit are clean, pristine examples of their respective styles, but brewer/owner Danny McMahon had loftier goals, more attenuated goals. And so, in a dark, even more cramped corner of that already cramped brewing space, he began to…experiment. Barrels began bubbling; wild yeast was propagated. Somewhere, a dark brett strain awakened.
Fast forward a couple of years and Hacienda Brewing–the outlet for McMahon’s more eccentric, esoteric, and downright trendy brews–has taken off. We’ve maintained a good relationship with these guys over time, and we couldn’t be more excited to feature a range of their beers. So join us on Monday, November 11 for some great brews, good friends and good times. See the tap list below, and stop on by:

Am I Coming in Clear? – brett saison dry-hopped with Motueka
L’Hiver – foedre aged saison with juniper berries, spruce tips and orange peel (pre-launch!)
