They’re all finally ready to go\, at their optimum age\, and we’re going to treat you. For one night only\, you’ll be able to try a flight of four premium Deschutes barrel-aged beers\, including their newest: Pinot Suave\, a Belgian strong ale aged on pinot noir barrels with pinot noir grape must. \nSo\, okay\, the Pinot Suave hasn’t reached its peak yet\, but we’re getting thirsty. Here’s what you get: \nPinot Suave – Belgian strong ale aged in pinot noir barrels w/pinot noir must (11.2% abv) \nThe Abyss 2014 – Imperial stout with blackstrap molasses\, cherry bark\, and vanilla\, aged in oak barrels (11.1% abv) \nMirror Mirror – English style barleywine aged on red wine barrels (11% abv) \nNot the Stoic – Belgian style quad aged on pinot noir barrels and rye whiskey barrels (12% abv) \nWe’ll start this special at 5pm; see you there! \n
